Gulfood, said to be the world’s largest annual food and beverage trade exhibition, has fully sold out four months ahead of the show, organisers were quoted saying in TradeArabia.com. Gulfood 2011, which offers a platform for the food and beverage industry to both showcase and source products and services for the region’s markets, will run from February 27 to March 2, 2011 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
